Information collected through forms
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. The newsletter form asks for your email address. Submitting either form is optional, but the requested fields are needed to process that submission.
Please do not include sensitive personal, financial or health information in a message. The forms are intended for general questions about Superiodide and its early concepts.
