Listen first
Understand the routines, preferences and questions of families and care partners before shaping an idea.
How we work
Good food ideas begin with listening. We’re exploring familiar formats while keeping quality, care and expert guidance in view.

Our principles
An early framework for learning before making promises.
Understand the routines, preferences and questions of families and care partners before shaping an idea.
Explore approachable formats and flavours that feel connected to everyday food culture.
Consider ingredients, quality, safety and the guidance needed before any concept could move forward.
Who we keep in mind
Our early planning focuses on children and the adults who support them: parents, caregivers and care partners. Their perspectives can help identify what feels familiar, practical and worth exploring.
We recognize that families have different preferences, cultures, needs and daily rhythms. A concept that works for one household may not fit another, so listening and learning should remain part of the process.
Early business planning considered a future online channel and possible outreach to treatment facilities and family-support communities. These are options only; no sales channel is active and no partnerships have been announced.
We have not announced research partnerships or completed formal consumer testing. This page describes the considerations guiding our exploration, not completed validation.
From question to concept
Gather perspectives and identify what matters in real-life food choices.
Develop and refine early product directions around familiar formats and preferences.
Seek appropriate technical and expert review as questions about quality and requirements are addressed.
This is an early-stage exploration. It does not represent a validated product-development or clinical process.
What careful work asks of us
Before an idea could become a product, it would need much more than an appealing format.
Define who an idea is for, what need it may address and what evidence would be needed to support any public statements.
Identify the right technical, quality and regulatory questions for the specific ingredients and format.
Explain clearly what is still being explored and avoid presenting early ideas as finished or proven products.
Stay connected
We welcome thoughtful questions about the ideas we’re exploring.
What comes next
The business plan describes possibilities, while the current work remains exploratory and unvalidated.
Understand preferences and everyday routines before deciding which directions are worth pursuing.
Consider ingredient suitability, food format, production and packaging questions together.
Identify the appropriate quality, technical and regulatory review before making product claims.
